turning points and physics
physicists believe that at turning points say creation/annihilation /big bang etc. the standard set of rules breakdown. similarly when the market experiences such a breakdown of rules and limits and capitulates, it marks a turning point.thats what we had in spx at 667 and a lot of other markets.a breakdown of rules and limits .
this implies that those levels will not be seen again in forseeable future.thats why i say that spx has a floor at 750 .

Gain with Right Analysis
A crucial aspect of my trading plan and one thing that i am greatly interested in, which is the only way one can sustain in the long term, is gains made with right analysis.
Aspects of a Trading Plan
1. Trade Contemplation
2. Trade Entry
3. Trade Management
4. Trade Exit
The above 4 are the stages of a Trading Plan.A lot of effort goes into the first two stages of Contemplation and Entry.However Trade Management and Trade Exit are often neglected especially for independent traders.
Each of the 4 stages above are important aspects and hence time and effort for development of each has to be given.
